Project Walk Houston guides clients affected by Multiple Sclerosis through an exercise regime in a safe environment. Our Exercise Programs include several types of exercises such as stretching, aerobic exercise, and strength-training. Our Certified Recovery Specialists are here to encourage progress and support the client both physically and emotionally.
