Children are growing and developing so their nervous system is still in the process of organizing.

As a child with a spinal cord injury grows, the body will grow into and adapt to the wheelchair.  

Children who experience a spinal cord injury have very different characteristics then their adult counterparts, depending on their stage in their life. It is important to find a dedicated support system.

Project Walk Houston Approach

Project Walk Houston offers an environment and programs that help children grow as independently as possible and reach their full potential. Our mission is to change the view of disability and believe that our facility and members foster that motto.
